Why Vaultline
What Families Gain
Records in One Place
No more searching through drawers or inboxes. One labelled vault means anyone trusted can find what they need, quickly and calmly.
Processes Explained Plainly
Understanding how things generally work — before they need to — removes panic from the picture and helps families ask better questions of specialists.
Family Agreement
Decisions made together, clearly and kindly, reduce the strain later. Shared understanding is a real gift to leave behind.
Specialist-Ready Files
When a notary, solicitor, or government office needs something, your family can provide it promptly — saving time and reducing delays.
Clear Boundaries
We keep things within our scope — organisation and education only — and refer you to qualified professionals when regulated steps arise.
Calm, Unhurried Support
Sessions are paced for reflection, not pressure. The goal is understanding and readiness — taken at a pace that feels right for your family.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked
What exactly does Vaultline do?
Vaultline provides three things: help organising important records into one clear home, educational workshops explaining how estate and inheritance processes generally work in Thailand, and facilitated sessions helping families agree together where records live and who holds key contacts. We do not draft documents, advise on individual cases, or represent anyone in any official capacity.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. Vaultline is an organisation and general education service. We explain how processes work in broad terms and help families get their records in order. For steps that require a licensed professional — a notary, lawyer, accountant, or government officer — we will tell you clearly and can point you toward official directories.
Who are these services for?
Anyone who wants to bring order to their personal records, understand the general landscape of estate processes in Thailand, or help their family prepare for the practical side of the future. Expats, Thai nationals, and mixed families in Phuket and surrounding areas are all welcome. Sessions are conducted in English.
How long does each service take?
The Document Vault Setup is typically completed in one or two focused sessions. The Estate Process Explainer is a half-day workshop. The Records Handover Planning Programme spans two to four family sessions, depending on the number of participants and what needs to be discussed.
Do you keep copies of my documents?
No. Your documents remain entirely in your possession. We help you create the system and labels — the vault belongs to you. We do not store, photograph, or retain any personal or family records.
Where do sessions take place?
Most sessions are held at our office in Talat Yai, Phuket. For the Handover Planning Programme, in-home sessions in the Phuket area can be arranged when the family prefers to work within their own space. Please ask when you enquire.
What are the prices and what is included?
Document Vault Setup is ฿4,200, Estate Process Explainer is ฿7,000, and Records Handover Planning Programme is ฿11,700. Prices are in Thai Baht and include all materials, templates, and session time. There are no hidden fees. Payment is due at the time of booking.
